Roseville Corporate Center
Below grade waterproofing project for Roseville Corporate Center in Roseville, Minnesota was completed to prevent continued moisture infiltration into building components through ground cover.
1. Installation of the polyester membrane into the SBS modified asphalt.
2. Installation of neoprene flashing that seals the vertical and horizontal joint permanently.
3. Installation of the polyester membrane into the
wall system. This is set into the hot SBS asphalt
and hand gloved into the asphalt.
4. Preparation of the installation of the insulation and
drain mat. Observe how the SBS Cap sheet extends down past the joint where the vertical and horizontal meet.
5. Installation of the hot SBS asphalt by roller on the vertical wall. Observe the overview of the primer,
SBS asphalt, polyester membrane, SBS asphalt, and SBS cap sheet.
6. Back filled dirt holding up the installation against the vertical wall. This area is now ready for a top pour
of concrete. |
